Level: Easy. User requires knowledge of html image links and will have to upload an image somewhere to use.
This isn't exactly a mod because Tammy did such a great service to us by creating an easy way to change and create the profile fields but in case anyone's wondering how to do it, here it is:
How to change the display of
Live Journal: http://Jan.livejournal.com
to
Live Journal: 
(a hyperlinked image that will take you to the same url)

Step 1. Go to the Profile Information panel in the admin panel (/admin.php?action=authorfields)
Step 2. Edit the Live Journal options.
Step 3. Change the ID with URL:
Originally it says
http://{info}.livejournal.com
Change it to:
<a href="" http://{info}.livejournal.com"><im g" src=""YOUR" IMAGE URL GOES HERE!" border=none></a>
*You need to make sure that you add the right url of the image location. For me it ends up being:
<a href="" http://{info}.livejournal.com"><im g" src="" 
"" border=none></a>
Step 5. Save/Submit.
