Add a Refresh the Shoutbox link to the bottom of your shout box.

My users like to refresh the page sometimes to see if anyone has added anything new to the shoutbox. Often they had just posted something, so the message they posted is sent again when they refresh, ending up in a double, and sometimes triple post.
This is how you add a Refresh the Shoutbox link at the bottom of the shout box to avoid resending data.
Open /blocks/shoutbox/shoutbox.php.
At the bottom (line 66) add this before the closing ?>
$content .= "<center><a href="'"._BASEDIR."'>Refresh" the Shoutbox</a></center>";
If you don't want it centered, you can take out the center tags.
