Is there any way to make the 'menu' options be on two lines, instead of one?

I'd like the break to be right after Browse, with everything from Help to Logout/Admin on line 2.

You would have to create two menus. See the docs for instructions. I believe CSSZen has two menus (one on the top and one on the bottom) so see that skin for an example.
