Is it possible to make a rule that in order to view a story (or all stories), the viewer must be registered on the site? A sort of members-only option?

It's very simple. Go to admin then go to ratings. Put in your ratings scale and then you can mark whether you want warning pop ups, age consent, or for only registered users to view the stories.
There are probably other ways, but that's how I do it.
