Is is possible to see efiction member IP addresses in the member admin section as this would be very useful?
I dont see it there and I'm not sure if there is something I am supposed to enable in order to see them, or if it just isnt there.
It would be handy for banning purposes too

There's no banning by IP built into the script. Banning by IP very very very rarely works because most people have dynamic IPs. Members IP are not saved. There's a mod somewhere that adds this information, but you'll have to do a search.
I have a problem with a certain member. They're making a million fake accounts, and in their bio are links to random porn sites.
Aside from just deleting every account as it's created, how can I fix this problem? I thought maybe an IP ban, but it looks like that won't work...
You should be able to do it through your hosting account. If your host uses cPanel, log in and click in "IP Deny Manager"
Also, make sure that people can't sign up and create their own passwords on the signup page. Make it so that they have to supply a valid e-mail address, and make sure that the catchpa is on.
