Nature of problem: One of the new members on my site has informed me that she cannot access any of the stories. She clicks on the title and it gives her a message stating that she is not logged in (ie. The story is for registered users only...which she is). When she clicks "ok" on the message that pops up, ti takes her to sign in even though she is already ssigned in. Also when she tries to browse stories or do anything via her Account pages it gives the message "you are not authorized to view this page".
I am thinking it might have to do with session variables but I'm not sure since, to my knowledge, no other user has this problem and I personally haven't had the issue.

I could get in and read stories using the test account. You might have to ask your user to clear out the cookies and the cache in their browser. Then try again.

ETA: Heard back from the member. All is well. Her cookies blocked the site. She's all set now.
