I would like to get the Categories in the list of my stories on the page "Manage Categories" in my account.
There I have a table with the following columns: "Sories", "Options", "Reviews" and "Read Count". I wonder how I could get another column in the beginning of every row that names "Category"? Is this maybe planned for the next verion? Or can someone tell me how I can add such a column?

No it's not planned. You'd have to rewrite a major portion of this page. You can find it in the manage function in stories.php. Unless you know what you're doing, I would strongly advise you not mess with stories.php as it's the backbone of your site. Mess it up and no one will be able to submit or edit stories.

Before I change anything in the code I rather keep waiting, till someone who knows the structure and the programming, will do it.
