It's the craziest thing! the site is new, the installation went fine - no errors. I'm almost done setting up and I wanted to open the site this weekend.
Tried a 'test story' run and the category box lets me select the LOCKED top categories, doesnt even show me any of the sub ones. Its so weird... someone please help 🙁
You're using IE8 or Chrome (or possibly Safari), right? That sounds like the disappearing subcategories bug. Get the newest version of includes/categorylist.php from here: http://efiction.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/efiction/
