Hi,
a while back I made a new custom skin (I don't remember from which original skin) and have since added another which is not finished.
Now I set everything so the skin I call first choice is the one to show up when people are logged out.
But completely unrelated to whether I go there logged out or not, an ugly black and white with obvious display errors shows up. I don't know where it is coming from. I already deleted all the other skins, which I do not need (before that css_zen was showing up, I think).
Now how can I get rid of this unfunctional not very appealing look?

That is the default skin and it's showing up because your site cannot find the skin you have set as your default. (I'm guessing that's CSS Zen since it was showing up before you deleted it.) You need to set the skin in the admin panel (under stettings) and in your profile.
