You have no username. Your settings are empty.
That's what has me confused. I had thought I had set everything. The user should have shown as "datapard'. Any ideas as to how I messed this up?
Also, it seems that your host has mysqli instead of mysql, its possible this is a problem. Filling out the Support Request Template would help us immensely.
Its possible that config.php isn't writable and when you tried to run the installer your settings did not write correctly. Check config.php itself to see if the settings were written, or try writing them manually.
