Have you searched for your problem: Yes I have
If so, what terms did you try: I've tried error number, blocks, pieces of the error
State the nature of your problem:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/allihave/public_html/fiction/header.php on line 78
A fatal MySQL error was encountered.
Query: SELECT * FROM fanfiction_blocks
Error: (1146) Table 'allihave_fiction.fanfiction_blocks' doesn't exist
On main page.

Do you have a test account for us? No

Basically this is what hapepened. Last night I attempted to upgrade my version of efiction. I did a back up of the database as well as the files. I had a problem on step 19 I believe it was. It wasn't going past that. I searched and searched couldn't find an answer in the forums so I figured I'd just go back to what I had. I did the database as well as file back up and loaded that. My webpage wouldn't load. I contacted my host and they said it had to do with the header.php file. It was trying to direct the site to upgrade but since that file wasn't there I was getting an error. I reuploaded the upgraded files and now I get the error above. Basically my host said they couldn't help, I have to talk to the script people and so this is my plea for any help.

I don't think you properly restored your 2.0 files, but it seems like you did revert your database. Reupload your backup 2.0 files.

It looks like I've managed to do it. I don't know if there are any problems aside from the links having a _ before them. I don't know what's causing that. But if I try to upgrade, is there a way to prevent step 19 from having an error?

Well, you're not the only one who's had trouble, so a quick search of the forums should yield some suggestions. I think it must be a bug, and I've just IMed Tammy to make sure she know since she hasn't responded to any of the posts (I think she was away last week). Hopefully it will be fixed in the next release.

I reccomend that you go back to your 2.0 version and wait to update until 3.3 comes out. πŸ™‚
