Do you have a test account for us? yes - user name: test, password: test
I triple checked my settings and they are set to that 800 x 600 which is perfect for anything much less a 700 x 110 banner which I was trying to upload when I discovered this error. I tested it out further and found it can handle up a 500 x 200 graphic but not that banner and I don't know why. Any help or insite would be very welcome.
