I use efiction for a news site and I would like to add a button for readers to send the article to Digg, Facebook and such.
Where would I go in the program to add the button below the last line of the story and above the review box?

You would configure a digg widget through this page:
http://digg.com/add-digg
Then add the code to where you would like the digg button to show on viewstory.tpl.
