I installed eFiction 3 a while back to manage a site with just my own fic. I've realized that users have nowhere to leave reviews for the stories. Is that a feature I have to activate somehow and I just haven't figured it out? I've looked through the Admin Manual but haven't found the answer.
(ps: I have done some "customizing" of the template and code, but unfortunately did so several months back and have no memory of what sort of hatchet job I did. But I figure I'll start with the basic configuring actions before seeing if I accidentally yanked something important.)

First, if you could please use the Support Request Template, it is at the top of each support forum so that we have a better idea of what is going on with your site. To turn on the Reviews you need to go to your Admin Panel -> Settings -> Reviews and change the settings there.. It would look like this yoursite.com/admin.php?action=settings§=reviews (you can even copy and paste 'admin.php?action=settings§=reviews' at the end of your site address.
If that does not work, be sure to tell us what skin you are using, as it could be a skin problem.
Thanks Becca, that did it. Now I'll search the boards for tips on fighting comment spam, lol (since I'd like to leave the stories open for unregistered reviews, but know what would happen...)

The easiest thing to do would be to first turn on captcha verification in Admin > Settings.
