Do you save the folder? I don't know how to install it? Please help.

Hello. The best place to start is the eFiction wiki. It's linked up above. In particular, there's the page "Installing 3.0": https://efiction.org/wiki/index.php5?title=Installing_3.0
I suggest you use that as your starting point, and if you have any questions after that you can skim through the wiki or come back here and ask. : )
