Everytime I try to make an user an admin I get this message sayin am not authorize to do so and am gettin that same message on a few other parts such as editing admin priviliges...i get a message am not authorize to access this function the same message as when i tried to make another user an admin via their profile and am also not seein other parts of the admin cpanel such as copyright message editor and some other parts that is part of the copyright footer mesage and all that.
Can someone please help me out? thank you

PS Am also not seein the followin in the admin cpanel: blocks, modules, addons (i.e. challenges), and a bunch of other stuff
Sounds like you are missing a bunch of your files. Just upload all the efiction files again (except install and probably tinymce), then try again. Sometimes you may think you've uploaded everything but sometimes some of the files get corrupted or don't quite make it in.

Did you change your own admin level? You should be level 1.
