Help with removing fields (storyform.php)

State the nature of your problem: Hey there! I have a "problem" which maybe could be stupid, but it's driving me mad. I know that my users won't use some of the fields in the page "Add a new story" (my community runs in March, me and my staff are corrently working on our page to test it) and so I would love to remove them. I'd like to remove:
- "Story notes" (under summary)
- "Chapter notes" (under the chapter title)
- "Story text (file)"
- Ending notes
I know that for remove these fields I have to edit the storyform.php file. I tried, but it turned out like a mess, so I had to restore it. Cold you please, please, help me with this? I'm posting here my storyform.php text. Hope you can help me >_< Thanks in advance, of course! And sorry if I made some translating mistakes, I'm italian and english it's not my mother tongue.
