Help Installing on WAMP

I'm trying to install on eFiction on WAMP, but it's just not working.  This is a brand new installation, not an upgrade.  Here's what I've done so far:

1. Downloaded eFiction 3.5.3
2. Copied the extracted eFiction353 folder to my "C:wampwww" folder.
3. 'README' file says if I don't know what CHMODing is or have a clue what I'm doing, then to just open site in browser.
4. I open " http://localhost/eFiction353/index.php" which auto-redirects to " http://localhost/eFiction353/install/install.php"
5. The page loaded is: "eFiction Install".  There is a "Configuration File Setup" area, but it is at the bottom of the page and below a heap of error messages

So what next?  Should I be ignoring these messages and just get on with the "Configuration File Setup" section?  Or do these errors need fixing?  If so, how?
