Okay. I know you are laughing at me. But I really need your help!!!
I accidentally deleted the Categories link on the Admin page, and now I can't add new Categories!!!!
What do I do? *cries*

Hhmm, try this:
Go to Admin -> Panels -> Add new panel
add the following into the form
Name: categories
Title: Categories
URL to Panel: leave this blank
Level: 2
not hidden
Type: A
Site: http://fanfiction.janeites.net
Version: 3.5.2
Bridges: None
Modules: Betareader, Challenges, Storyend
PHP: 5.2.9
MySQL: 5.0.67
