On one of the sites I manage, the site has problems emailing people things. So while I was upgrading to 3.0, I was checking my reviews for my stories and it seems that someone has review spammed my story with junk. I have been deleting them, but after I click Yes, it just says: The action was successful, and doesn't ask me if I want to go back to my other reviews.
I don't want to disable anonymous reviews because of some of the email problems that are going on. Can this be easily fixed?

You can try changing "else if" to "if" on line 109. That may give you what you're looking for. I'm sorry, but I don't have the time to play around with the script to figure anything else out on this issue. It's not an issue of "fixing" something. It's the way it was designed.
Try using phpmyadmin and deleting all of the reviews that were spam at one time.
you'd do a search for your story id.. they list them in number order so the newer ones should be at the end. Just click the boxes next to each one and Delete.

Not built in. You would probably have to do it manually, or come up with come sort of code to do it, like a mod.
