I just updated to SMF 1.1.4 and I am still bridging it to Efiction.

As many of you probably know, if you're bridged to SMF and you try to update your blocks section, you get an error unless you make a change to SMF's querystring.php file.

However if you update your SMF to 1.1.4 (as I have done) the fix that works for 1.1.1, 1.1.2, & 1.1.3 will no longer work because SMF has changed the exact section that we need to modiify... in fact you CAN'T update to 1.1.4 if you have this modification in place (the update will return an error for querystring.php)

I have a mod that can be downloaded and installed for SMF to make this change for you (instead of overwriting the entire file).

This mod will work for 1.1.1, 1.1.2, 1.1.3, AND 1.1.4. It will make the appropriate changes depending on what version of SMF you have. So if you have SMF 1.1.4 it will modify the querystring file correctly.

If you are trying to update from 1.1.x to 1.1.4 and you have either my mod installed or have copied over the querystring.php file, uninstall the mod (or replace the regular querystring.php file) update to 1.1.4 and then reapply the mod.

Hope this helps... I'll watch this thread for replies if anyone needs help.
