Version of efiction: 3.4.3
Skin: mod of CSSZen, called "PhantomZen." Mostly I've tweaked the colors and added some mods.

In customizing my skin, I ended up just replacing the "blueribbon" gif for features stories with my own image. I literally just replaced the image, same name. But when I view an author's page with a featured story, the image is scaled up like this. (The story is near the bottom, called "The Victim")

This is probably a very simple css or html issue, but I can't find the relevant file to alter. I still have a lot of trouble determining where in efiction certain things are controlled. When I look at the image in another skin, such as murder or even CSSZen, it looks fine (and since I changed the blueribbon.gif altogether, the image is the same for all skins. So I can't imagine what I've done to make this change.

Thank you for your patience.

The blue ribbon image is under a class called "featured", so in the skin, there's a .featured { } where it defines the width and height to be xxxpx.

So, I'd do a CTRL-F in the style.css and see what it's for et cetera. :3

Although I'm not entirely sure if that's the reason, as it didn't do it before with the normal blueribbon.gif?

Honestly, I can't remember if it did it to the original blueribbon.gif... but now that I think about it, I think it did.

There's no "featured { }" in the original CSSZen style sheet, and I think I added it to the PhantomZen one to get the featured block on the index page. I think that's what that's referring to. So it's probably that doing that screwed up the class when it came to interpreting the author page issue. If that makes sense. I needed to modify the appearance of the featured block on the front page, so I inserted the parameters into the style.css file, which altered things in the regular story list on the author page.

So I either have to delete that from the style.css for that skin, screwing up my index page, or there must be some way to tell the graphic how to behave. But I'm not sure exactly how to do that. That is, if "featured { }" applies to a group of things, how do I specify that I'm talking about the image?
