I don't know if it will come up when y'all answer me, but it sure would be nice to have a definition (especially since the term comes up in the installation instructions.)

Update
I thought it was possible that my error was due to the fact that I've had trouble getting the TinyMCE folder all the way through the ftp portal. So I finally got it through tonight and went to install again and got the following message:
_FATALERRORQuery: SELECT * FROM fanfiction_settings WHERE sitekey = 'fallon17'
Error: (1146) Table 'mysql.fanfiction_settings' doesn't exist
So I can see what's wrong...I need to create a table. How do I do it? (And please put it in simple terms, because I don't have any experience with php/MySQL.)
I don't know, but there has been a problem with the sitekey in this version and also table prefixes.
Maybe you named your settings table wrong, or it's the sitekey problem that is in other posts.
Did you name your settings table "mysql."? Check, and make sure what you told it to look for, is the same thing its looking for.
Your config file says what you told it to look for:
$settingsprefix = "mysql.";
Look at your databases for the table mysql.fanfiction_settings
If the two don't match, that is the problem.

I didn't name any tables and I'm afraid I don't know where to look in order to check the databases you suggested.

You named them when you installed the script. Your config file will say what you told it to name the settings table.
look for:
$settingsprefix = "mysql.";
Is that what it says?

It said nothing...'twas blank! O.o (And I haven't been able to install it, yet, because I got the error I mentioned in my second message when I went to install.)
I put "mysql" (without the quotes) into the blank space and saved it...went back to check on the site and received:

So what next?
Get the config file from your remote server to rewrite your local copy so you can see what's there.

This archive has been fixed.
I have no idea why it went wrong. I think the database wasn't set up. I ended up making a new database, and uploading my database onto it to get it to work. O.o
BTW, the tables.sql info in the docs folder isn't correct. I tried to use that to create the tables manually, but it didn't work, that's why I just uploaded my database. Sorry I didn't write down the errors.
