Have you searched for your problem: Yes
If so, what terms did you try: I changed various pennames, purged the log
State the nature of your problem:

I just encountered this by accident as I had turned debug on on my site. I changed a penname and encountered the following error message:

Notice: Use of undefined constant oldpenname - assumed 'oldpenname' in /usr/export/www/vhosts/funnetwork/hosting/janeaustenffs/eFiction33/user/editbio.php on line 135

but the penname was changed nevertheless.

I then went to the action log ( http://janeaustenffs.ja.funpic.de/eFiction33/admin.php?action=viewlog) still with debug on and there encountered the following message:

Notice:
Undefined index: EB in /usr/export/www/vhosts/funnetwork/hosting/janeaustenffs/eFiction33/admin/viewlog.php on line 43

You there have this option field (I'm sorry, hopefully you will understand, I don't know the right name for this thing) where you can choose for example from "AM - Admin Maintenance" or "RG - New Registrations" and there then appears "EB - " and no explanation behind it. This EB just appears after you have changed the penname. I purged the action log and there was no error message, I then changed again a penname and it reappeared.
This is not a question of life and death and as I said, I just encountered that by accident and I don't change pennames that often. But the error message after changing the penname startled me.

Me again:

I encountered this error on another side where I am also an admin. (site URL: http://fanfiction.oblonline.de) There I get the same error message when viewing the action log. It's the same problem.

Anyone else having this problem? Could this possibily be a bug?
