Last week the email on my site stopped working. I couldn't fix it sooner because I was going into the hospital the next day. Anyway's, point is it's still not working. People aren't getting emails to tell them they have reviews or review responses and no one can use the contact us link or the report links. This is the error I keep getting.

It's odd because everything was working beautifully one second and the next bam! So, do you think you guys can help? Pretty please with cherries on top?

Could you post the whole message? Usually the message will say what on that line is problematic.
That line of that file is about timing out of the connection to the SMTP server. Are you using SMTP? If so, perhaps the other mail server isn't cooperating anymore. Elsewise, usually when things suddenly stop working and you haven't made any changes to your code, it's because your hosting company changed something. I'd ask them.
That was the whole message (error) I got. I'll ask site5 what is going on like you said. Maybe they have some answers. 🙂 If I run into a brick wall I'll be back. Heehee.
That's the line that opens the connection to the smtp server. Sounds like your host may have changed their settings on you or something.
