I'm sure this is something simple I am overlooking. I've checked the wiki, and searched the forums...but I have not found a topic on it. I know the email works, because I tested out the "contact us" form, and the email was sent to me.
My question is, how do I set up a notification so I get an email when I have a story waiting to be validated? Thanks for the help!

Have you tried going to your Admin page, clicking on "Admins" (Between "Page Links" and "PHP Info" on my site), then selecting the admin account, then making sure the "Contact" box is checked for the admin that you want notified of submissions? I think if you have multiple categories you need to make sure that admin has admin privileges for the categories also π

While I am at it, is there a way to edit the letters people receive when they subscribe as a member? I know how to edit the accept, declined notice.

Yes, you can edit them by changing it in languages/en.php.
Leave the categories blank unless you want the admin to get notices, have responsibilities for JUST those categories.
