I'm installing efiction on a different server... vndv sucked 😛 and its a completely different site anyway. I can get in to the first step but
ERROR! Could not open config.php for writing.
comes up. What does that mean. I assume I'm missing a config file but where should it be?

Look into your /docs folder, a blank config.php should be there. Just move it to your eFiction root or create one by yourself.

That's correct. All the details in it are correct too and it still isn't working...
The configuration file setup is working fine just not the next step

Do you have the config.php chmoded to 666?
