Did you search for your problems: Yes but the info I found I didn't understand.
If yes, what did you search with?: looked at threads with titles/topics that look like they applied.
State nature of your problem:
Problem 1:
IM fields not appearing. I believe it has something to do with the skin I'm using (based on Zenlike). I have them all enabled (AIM, ICQ, Yahoo and MSN) and they appear in my edit bio in the account section. I just don't know what files to edit and how to edit them.
Problem 2:
Someone tried to register today using Mozilla Firefox. When they clicked on the register link on the front page the register page was all messed up. I'll do my best to describe what it looks like. The forms for penname, email, password, real name etc is stuck behind the header. The rest of the fields (IM feilds) overlap the TOS.
Any help would be appreciated.
EDIT (10/27/2007): Register page is working fine now! I also just disabled the IM fields...solved that problem too.

I believe it is a skin problem, because that problem does not appear if you use the CSSZen skin that comes with the download.

It does, however appear with the Zenlike skin, which is probably what you based your own skin off of. Did you modify your files in any way?

I don't believe I've changed any of the files. Though I noticed that the IM fields in the profile.tpl file is all lowercase but in the profile information on the site is all caps. I'll see if that changes anything.
EDIT: Ok. well Yahoo and MSN show up (ICQ is not because I don't have one in my account). AIM still isn't showing up. Any suggestion on how to fix it so that the skin works in Firefox?

Jan's right. Your problems are in your skin. Take the "position: absolute;" out of your styles. On the profile where the IM info is missing did you have anything entered in it? The script doesn't show empty information.
I think I'm missing span class to get the text AIM: etc. I do have stuff entered in that space via the edit bio. In terms of styles i'm not quite sure which files you're talking about.

In styles.css take out every occurance of "position:absolute;" I can't be a span that's causing you problems. What user are you looking at that has the IM fields filled in?
Check your admin settings and make sure the profile is turned on.
I took out every occurence of "position: aboslute:" and my Menu block disappeared. it also did not fix the problem with Firefox.
You can look at my profile: http://www.inthemoonlightfiction.com/viewuser.php?uid=2 I have feilds filled in. When I look at the source code though it has a bunch of <br /> where the AIM info should be. And yes, Profile is turned on.
EDIT: I put the "position: absolute;"back in and the menu block came back. Maybe I took one out I wasn't supposed to.
EDIT#2: I got fed up with the darn IM fields so I just disabled them...solved that problem right there!
