I've been trying to customize the links to fit in with the layout of the site. http://kasamhse.net however, i can't just use the eFiction links as it shows the whole efiction skin. I was wondering how I can just show the "News", "Recent stores", etc... instead of the whole skin and everything else around it.
if you click on the links, you will know what I mean.
Do i need to change something from the skin layouts? or the css file?
Any help will be appreciated!

Please read the skin readme's. For menus there are two ways, actually three to customize them.
The first is that you can use one variable of {menu_content}. The content of the menu (links) are either set by the variables.php file of the skin, or by the site defaults (not sure about the second one)
OR you can put individual variables, such as {home} | {recent} | {browse} | {authors} | {search} | {challenges} | {tens} | {random} | {links_link} | {forum} | {login} | {logout} {adminarea}.. whatever. You can make new variables for the menu with the custom pages and custom page links.
The menu is always edited in the header.tpl file of each skin. I suppose you can put them in the footer too, as it appears you have, but that makes your users scroll all the way to the bottom to go anywhere.

I think I understand what you're saying. But how do I get rid of rest of the skin, and just have the news, stories, login page show up. not the whole skin page.

I don't understand what you are trying to get across. The skin is shown on every page. it uses the header.tpl file to open the skin on every page. the news and login and welcome msg are shown on the home page because they are included on the index.tpl file of the skin.
Please reread the skin readme's. They should explain all of this.

I was going to say this is a skinning issue, but I think the first part of your problem is that you're using some sort of re-direct (.htaccess?) and it's screwing things up. Because this link:

is fine.
I see that the site isn't fixed, but haven't heard anything back from the original poster. If the original poster doesn't reply back in a week, this thread will be closed.
