State the nature of your problem:
There's an author who apparently has clicked on the arrows for moving chapters and her first chapter has become chapter 0, and ther's no chapter 1. So when you enter into her story you can't see the first chapter, only the description and all that.
When I tried to move again the chapters, it didn't work. The "now chapter 0" has 2 arrows :S not only one as it should have for being the first one... and when I try to move them, it simply leads me to a page saying that "There are no results"...
And it only happens to that stoy of that author. All the other authors have no problemas, and that's the story with that issue.

Use phpmyadmin to fix it. Go to the chapters table and do a search for sid 21. Edit the "inorder" value for the chapter you find from 0 to 1.
