Have you searched for your problem: (yes/no)
If so, what terms did you try: challenges dont show up
State the nature of your problem: My challenges are not showing up when a user clicks on "Challenges." This started after i got the messages in my other thread (HERE). All that comes up is the default header, and the rest of the page is blank.

Go to Admin->Panel
Look for Challenges on the list and click Edit
In the spot there is says URL to Panel delete challenges/challenges.php and change it to: modules/challenges/browse.php
Click Submit and your challenge page should load properly.
See if you go to:
http://www.savingsarasidle.com/fanfiction/browse.php?type=challenges
your challenges are there.

Hmm, I did what you said, but the URL to Panel was already
modules/challenges/browse.php
But when you click on it, it shows
http://savingsarasidle.com/fanfiction/modules/challenges/challenges.php
Version of PHP: 5.2.8
Version of MySQL: 5.0.67
Can anyone offer any advice? I have an active challenge, and no one can get to it.

Are you running 1.4 version of challenges? You find that by going to Admin-Modules it will list what modules you have installed.
But it's weird that in Panels you have the correct modules/challenges/browse.pho but it's not showing up in the links of the home page. Because that fixes the problem 99% of the time.
In the time being while others try to help you with the problems(s) with Challenges, you can in the news of your front page, direct folks to the link directly, until it works. I thought it might be a problem with Kali's skin, but I'm pretty sure the header.tpl has a {challenges} in it or it won't appear.

I used to have that issue in some of my older skins when I first upgraded, but I just double checked Murder and it's correct on the test site.
Skins made by Kali are no longer supported!

No it's not your skin, no worries Kali.
It was working at first.
I don't know what happened but I went into ADMIN and to the links and saw that I had two "Challenges" links... one was
browse.php?type=challenges
and the other was
modules/challenges/challenges.php
I corrected the problem. The challenges link works now, I just have two challenges links. I'm afraid to delete one as I don't know what effects it'll have.

You can delete one of them, (the one that was erroneous). It shouldn't hurt anything.

Took your advice, and with a mouse click, and a skip of the heart, it worked fine.
Thanks again to all!
