State the nature of your problem: No errors. The Challenges page, which previous to the upgrade had five pages worth of challenges, is completely blank as far as content. The option to add a challenge is also gone. Only the the skin is present with the header and footer, with links. There is just no content on the page. Do I need to install the challenges module again? I'm not sure if this is the same as that topic that was moved to the 3.0 Bug Reports about the Challenges Module not working. I don't think it is the same situation.
Of Note: After replacing the new files of 3.3 I went to the site and it said I was up to date. No page asking if I want to upgrade. Is this a process I should be doing? If so, what is the path to the upgrade script?
Also, on a side note, around 200 reviews have disappeared. That's going by the info count. Before upgrade: 10,081 reviews. After upgrade: 9,871. Any reason this would happen?

It's because the challenges page moved. You need to log in and go to Admin->Page Links
Look for Challenges on that list and click EDIT
Where it says Link URL change it to: browse.php?type=challenges
Click submit
And your Challenges will appear again.
