Have you searched for your problem: Yes, and one other user had the same problem but the solution was never listed.
If so, what terms did you try: step 3 problems with upgrade, upgrade stalled out, upgrade problems, 2.0.7 to 3.3.1
State the nature of your problem: I got to step 3 of the upgrade process where it mentions your skins and there was no next button or anything else listed on the page for that matter. I could not move onto step 4 of the upgrade.
