Hi,
I have a big problem with the Upgrade of a bigger archive from 2.0.2 on 3.2.
I receive constantly the error message like Following:
A fatal MySQL error has appeared.
Query: INSERT INTO fanfiction_classtypes (`classtype_name`, `classtype_title`) VALUES('genres', 'Genres');
Error: (1062) Duplicate entry 'genres' for key 2
What can I do?
The archive encloses more than 800 stories and has hundreds trunks user which log in Regularly on our system.
Please, helping to me:)

I think that means that you have more than one instance of a genre, which looks exactly the same. Try deleting all of the duplicates in your database.

I have not thought at all any more to the Mysql data bank and have looked only in the files PHP... *lol*

How do you go about doing that? I'm getting the same message. Our site has more than 7000 stories.
Use phpmyadmin.
Look for the genre table, or the classifications. Look for duplicates.
