I don't think you have to do what Babaca said.

An example: I have a field and set it for "text" box where the user can type the response in, but it is not showing at all. I've checked every settings link and found nothing that could cause these preference not to show. I've done everything correctly. All of them enabled.

I think you may have misunderstood what Babaca said about it being filled in, judging from your response. The authors have to have something selected/filled in for the information to show up--it's not automatically filled in when you create a field.

As a test, to to your preferences and edit them and then check.

I see your questions there. That author didn't type anything for "favorite character" which is why it's not showing up.

I actually only started seeing it when I changed the "Profile Information" from "A" to "P"

But, since you've stated that I'm not suppose to, I just went and changed it back to "A"

Now I'm not really sure what the purpose of the profile information panel is. Is it the panel in the admin menu or the panel for the {authorfields} variable? I think we'll have to wait for Tammy to get back to shed some light on it. At any rate, it's working now, and if it's because you changed the pane from A to P then that's fine, as long as you don't change the level from 1 to 0. That will allow anyone who happens by your site to access the profile panel in the admin center and add/edit the fields.

Yes, it did have "{authorfields}" in it. But, it was originally set for "A", not "P". I changed it to "P" last night, but changed it back to "A" this morning. For some reason, it's still showing the questions in the profile, even though I changed it back to "A".  I'm not sure what really is going on with it. I tested on another account after I changed it back to "A" and when I viewed the profile of that account, the questions did show up.

Since it was originally on "A", I don't want to make the mistake and change it to "P" and cause problems on the site. I will keep it on "A" until Tammy responds
