Is it possible to allow my admin level 2 people acces to creating a new poll? It appears that only admin 1 can get to the poll archive to make a new one. I want to let them make polls, but don't want to let them into anything else.
If this is possible, great, if not, not that important.

You can set what links each level admin have access to. Your Blocks link is probably set to level 1.
Look here:
/admin.php?action=panels&type=A
You can change the Blocks level to level 1, or you could probably try to make a new panel linking directly to the Poll page. I've never made a new panel though so I can't help you there.

that is not exactly what i wanted, but close enough and is good to know now how to play around with that.
i might investigate setting up a single panel for the poll only and see if i can get that workign, but for now, this is great

You should be able to just create a panel for the poll itself in the admin area. If you can hold off until I release 3.3.1, I would though. I'm going to slightly change how the admin panel links work to be more consistent.
