I'm brand-spankin'-new to eFiction, and I can't seem to find an answer to my question by searching the forums, so I thought I'd post and ask for help from more experienced folks.
I'd really like to have a dialog box come up when someone submits a new story - something that contains a rights acknowledgment/disclaimer and an "I accept" tickybox that must be clicked before the submission can go through. You know, sort of like the age acceptance dialog box, only it comes up every time someone submits a story.
Is there a way to do this? I know absolutely nothing about PHP, so I was hoping I might be able to find someone to walk me through this in very small words, or someone who's already written a mod to do this...

That should be in your submission rules that will display at the top of the submission form each time (admins don't see it...set up a regular user account to check it out).
There's no way to do what you want without modding the actual files, and I don't think it'll be a simple "copy and paste" sort of job... You can do what Tammy said, but that just requires a person actually read the rules before submitting.
