My test site just gone done by the turkish ahole that is running around.
I don't have an SMF brigde install, never did so I dont know how he got in, it couldnt have been the vulnerability they seem to have found recently
Lucikly it was only a test site, so i have just pulled the whole damn thing down and will deal with it later.
Back up your databases everyone because it isnt jsut bridged sites.
why is nothing ever easy?

Just having the bridges directory is enough for them to get in. If you haven't yet, you need to delete that directory
thanks for that, i have deleted that now and hopefully my live site will be okay.
You know i thought of doing that the other day, and then just never got around to it as i tried to recover from my SMF being mutilated. Between that and obsessively backing up databases, learning how to run mysql queries, i just forgot.
