The installation instructions are really hard for me to understamd. I don't know what a CHMOD is and I don't know where to put 777 and 666. I don't know how to get it on my webpage. I'm using site fight and they said something about installing scripts in this shell thing. They even suggested I hired a web designer, which I don't have the money for. Can someone PLEASE help me! I'm desperate and frustrated. I thought making the site was suppose to be easy but it's turning into a nightmare. Can someone actually walk me through it? I want to be able to post stories and mages on my site. Please, if anyone could comtact me and walk me throught it I'd appreciate it. You can even IM me. Dana, I'm sorry you're frustrated, however, I have to ask if you took any time looking around on this site for help. Please read the wiki article on installing 3.0 ( https://efiction.org/wiki/index.php5?title=Installing_3.0). That should give you some help. You do not need shell access to install the script, but you will need to get an FTP program. It's all in the article. Read it--it might change your life. If you still have questions after that, please ask them in an appropriately labeled thread in the correct forum.
