Instead of a story and reviews being immediately deleted how about a admin configured delay period so that the author of a story can undo the deletion if they have second thoughts?
The site admin can set X number of days to hold before the story it truly deleted. While a story is in this holding period there should be no mention of it on the authors page or if trying to view it there is no special messages that it is awaiting deletion (except for any comments by the author from using my other feature request: reason for deletion). It just plain doesn't exist when in the hold.

Sounds good, I think I even have it so that a story gets a deleted flag (using the validated field) upon deletion, and with the story being flagged away, the chapters can't be accessed (unless using file based).
Sounds easy enough to implement and might save from rage-deletes 😉
