Hello,
My name is Joel and I have a bold new project going that uses efiction as one of it's components.
I have created a site where science fanfiction meets original science fiction. The site is located at http://www.omnifiction.org/ . It is a site which is devoted to bringing about works of orginal fiction which all share the common OmniFiction Universe.
It is hoped that by providing original canon material which writers may use the creative content of in their writing, that people who used to write fanfiction will write original works of fiction which they in turn may sell or do whatever they like with.
The site is broken down into two parts; the Fiction part and the Omnibook part.
The Fiction part of the site is powered by efiction and is still being in the process of being tweaked for the site. (as I said the site hasn't quite yet gone public) On the fiction part of the site all of the stories which people who choose to post on the site will be kept.
The Omnibook part of the site is set up as a wiki and is intended to be the "Encyclopedia of the Universe" for the OmniFiction Universe.
Like I said this is a bold project that will be a very big undertaking.
I am currently looking for writers and dreamers alike to help write stories for the site and entries for the Omnibook to build the OmniFiction Universe.
