Your skin seems to be broken. You also might want to consider doing something with the counter like either creating a block for it or maybe putting the html info in the footer or something like that.

Skin problem is sorted. I had to set it as the default skin. Thats why it wasn't showing up. Many apologies. As for the counter I"m not sure how to add a block even though I've read the stuff about that. Thats why I put the counter where it is.

Actually with the skin up that counter doesn't look too strange...And I understand about the hesitancy about blocks in 2.0... if it's any consolation it seems to be a touch easier to do in 3.0 (once it gets out of beta). Looks nice.

I"m having to do a fresh installation as I messed up when trying out 3.0. I deleted the config file by mistake and it messed up my database. I don't know if its fixable so I deleted the old files from the server and the database, created a new database and will reinstall everything. As I have my file structure backed up I may be able to reupload some stuff without having to do it afresh. For now the stories aren't accessible but the site should be back up very soon.

DON'T use 3.0 yet. It's not ready to go 'live' just yet. The reason it's beta is so folks can try and work out the major bugs in it. When it does become a stable release, you will be able to easily convert the 2.0 to a 3.0 version with very little fuss.

I will be waiting for now. At least I know I can upgrade no problems.
