I can't say that I like the color scheme too much, it feels like you've got too much going on with the light pink, teal & the hot pink and some of the original colors left over from the skin.
Otherwise though, I wish you the best of luck on your site, good choosing of movie stills that you used for your background & banner.

Kind of agree with Becca... I actually don't mind the pink so much but the teal colored links are really harsh on the eyes. Maybe you could change that in your css to a darker blue like the blue used in the menu bar? The banner is nice.
