I'm looking for good hosting, and I'd really like it to be a personal hoster, as in someone who runs in themselves and has a few other people on their server that they manage.
I'll admit, I don't know much about how it goes. I've had my own personal website for a while, but I'm starting a new project with a few people and we'd like to use eFiction. It's a little daunting to us since it seems a bit more complicated than the HTML and CSS that I'm used to, but we're going to give it our best. I'd like a host who knows how to help me with the eFiction problems we encounter (though I'd certainly come and ask here on the forums first) and knows that their server can work with eFiction.
But at least we're not looking for a hand out- We can pay for your services if it's a reasonable fee. I've been looking through the forums around here and have only found one personal hoster, whom I e-mailed and have yet to hear back from.
So, if anyone knows anyone, or has their own server and would be willing to talk with me about it, please do let me know. Thank you for your time.
