A few years ago I had aquired a easy-to-modify php submission form. All i need to do was change a few fields and make up the html page and *presto* i'd have a submission form for any/all purposes.
Now for some reason, on my new domain, it doesn't seem to be working. i'm assuming it because this domain may be running a different version of php or some techinical thing like that.
i have heard of, and tried, phpformgen.com or something.... its not as easy to modify as i'd hope.
does anyone know/have a php form i can use? 😐

well you can try NL-PHPMail 2.2.1 from http://codegrrl.com/ with some editing that should be able to do what you want, if you want to see what I did with it let me know
