Well, let me explain where I am at...
I am a thirteen year old girl, who has her own Twilight site. I am trying to improve it all the time, and realized that a Fanfic archive as what I needed :] haha. So I downloaded eFiction... and now I am lost. I dont have money to get hosting, and my mum perfers I dont give out my personal information. So is there anywhere I can get hosting free? or anyone who will host me?

Its hosted with freewebs, and then we have a forum.
There are many sites that offer free web hosting, you just have to make sure that whatever hosting you choose, that it meets the requirements for eFiction (if unsure read the wiki, manual, and most importantly README.txt) When in doubt, search, google, yahoo etc.
Freewebs does not support/offer PHP and MySQL which is required to run eFiction.

And as Cariel offered, some people will offer to host people on their own web space for free. There are tons of articles (inculding those here) to help you in finding/choosing a web host.
Try having a site on free web hosting first as opposed to paying money for hosting. And if you do sign-up for paid hosting, you would have to sign-up under your mother's name (or father), and/or she is responsible/liable for your site, as in billing etc.
