Just wondering what the general option is on mobile sites ?
After getting an iphone I spend much of my internet time on it and am aware that my site is a bit small to read and graphics heavy, so I'm creating a mobile version - with the help of Kali's great mobile skin : ( https://efiction.org/forums/index.php?topic=7449.0)
Does anyone have any advise/opinions about automatric re-directing or just allowing mobile users to choose the right skin ? I'm also concerned about forcing a redirect if it means the user is directe away from the page they entered the site on (if not the index)
Anyone have any hints or code to share ?

If you google 'how to make mobile-friendly sites' there are a bunch of methods for redirecting... I haven't found any that seem to work for my own archive though; I guess the main thing is re-directing to the mobile friendly skin...

I've had a look around but can't find anything about redirecting automatically to a certain skin for those using mobile devices. Am now adding the skin mentioned above so people have the option if using those devices.
On my website I have a mobile link that is powered by google. if you to to:
and type in your url it makes a pretty barebones version of your website (nothing fancy but the links work)
Then you make a link on your website telling folks with mobiles to try this link.

Thanks. I had a look at that google site but it makes the page look really bad and hard to navigate imho.
