How do I add pairings? You know like i have a box for categories, another for characters, etc. I want to add a box for pairings. I'm running the archive version 3.5.1(latest) SOS what I do?

You can add them as a classification in Admin > Classifications. But it may or may not be the best idea for your site if you're multifandom (the classifications appear for all categories, which may or may not be relevant). I think someone is working on a mod for that scenario.
