On steps 3 - 8 of the install if you choose to automatically create the tables, it displays the table names in white on a white a background so all you see is the green ticks.

Well I just installed 3.3 and I don't remember seeing anything strange like that, so I'll mark this one solved. 🙂 Thank you Tammy!
