I don't know if this really is a bug...
When you add a chapter and then delete it, the updated date stays the same, keeping it on the Most Recent.

I added a chapter to Testing to test the story alerts. Then I deleted the chapter.
Whoever said nothing is impossible never tried slamming a revolving door.

Yeah there's no way to set the date back because the old date was replaced by the new date.
